The Model T700U is a microprocessor based calibrator for precision, trace-level gas analyzers.  Using highly accurate mass flow controllers combined with compressed sources of standard gases, calibration standards are provided for multipoint span and zero checks using up to 4 gas sources.

In addition to the features of the Model T700, the Model T700U is designed for the demanding requirements of trace-level measurements.  The ability to calibrate and verify linearity for NO2 at levels below 50 ppb is difficult with standard calibrators.  To overcome this limitation, the Model T700U ozone generator operates in two modes; a high range with similar performance to the Model T700 ozone generator, and a low range, or “fractional” mode, for producing accurate ozone levels down to 3 ppb.  To ensure the highest accuracy of NO2 output, the calibrator measures the ozone concentration prior to performing a GPT, and the range is selected automatically by the Model T700U based on ozone concentration and flow specified by the user.

All T Series instruments offer an advanced color display, capacitive touch screen, intuitive user interface, flexible I/O, and built-in data acquisition capability.  All instrument set up, control and access to stored data and diagnostic information is available through the front panel, or via RS232, Ethernet, or USB com ports either locally or by remote connection.​

The Model T700U comes with NumaView™ Software. NumaView™ Remote PC Software allows for a remote connection with virtual interface and data downloading capability to analyzers operating NumaView™ Software. ​

The Model 751H is a portable, fully self-contained source of high purity zero air for dilution calibrators. It is ideal for use with sensitive analyzers in ambient background and trace level applications. Packaged in a wheeled, high density plastic case, the Model 751H provides ultra-high purity output with a warm-up time of 30 minutes.

The 751H includes a dew point sensor, a small, powerful pump, scrubbers to remove SO2, NO, NO2, O3, H2S, and NH3 plus high performance scrubbers to remove CO and Hydrocarbons. The regenerative heatless dryer removes water and produces output with a dew point of -20ºC (up to 10 SLPM flow rate).

The 751H features tank-less operation for real-time pressurised output without “pulsing.” A micro-controller cycles the regenerative dryer and pressurized drain and features a short cycle interval of 1 minute for high humidity applications.

DeltaCal
The BGI deltaCal® is a simple-to-use, NIST Traceable Standard for volumetric air flow, barometric pressure, and ambient temperature.

The deltaCal is a venturi based system with built-in compensation for changes in ambient temperature and pressure. All deltaCal systems are built and tested at Mesa which is a NIST traceable Calibration Laboratory.

To begin calibration, simply replace the sampler inlet head on any U.S. EPA PM10 and PM2.5 designated samplers with the deltaCal sampling head. Additionally, the deltaCal is useable with any air sampler in the 1.5 to 19.5 LPM range with an accessory adapter. The higher flow DC100 Model allows for calibration of European standard PM samplers. The lower flow DC200 Model allows for calibration of nephelometers and other light scattering particulate monitors.

The Model T753U is a portable, microprocessor based precision Calibrator for Ozone gas instruments and sensors. Using a sophisticated Ozone generation system, combined with a sensitive photometer and pneumatic design, the T753U produces stable and reliable concentrations of Ozone in a convenient and rugged package based on our popular T750U Portable Multigas Calibrator platform. The T753U is housed in a high-density, molded travel case which includes an integral handle and wheels for durability and ease of use in the field for virtually any application. An internal zero air option extends the T753U’s capabilities to also provide a clean and dry source of zero air, eliminating the need for a separate source of zero air. The internal zero air source module contains a software driven electronic inlet valve manifold allowing the calibrator to automatically switch between internal and external zero air sources depending on the application needs.​

The T753U operates in two modes; a high range, and a low range, or “fractional” mode, for producing accurate Ozone levels down to 2 ppb which meets the latest US EPA calibration requirements for Trace-level Ozone gas instruments. The mode is automatically selected based on the Ozone concentration range chosen by the user. To ensure high accuracy and stability of the Ozone output, the calibrator constantly measures the Ozone concentration being produced with an internal photometer and uses it to actively control the Ozone generator in real-time. The internal photometer can be certified by another external Reference Standard by simply using the ‘photometer input loop’ located beneath the fold up panel. The T753U Portable Ozone Calibrator combines performance and convenience for the most demanding applications.

The T753U Portable Ozone Calibrator’s performance is characterized by our own Model T265 Chemiluminescence O3 Analyzer; a US EPA Federal Reference Method (FRM) for Ozone. With an interference-free Ozone measurement and best available lower detection limit (LDL) of < 0.3 ppb, the T753U performance is proven by the most sensitive Ozone gas analyzer technology available.

All T Series instruments offer an advanced color display, capacitive touch screen, intuitive user interface, and flexible I/0.  All instrument set up, control and diagnostic information is available through the front panel, or via RS232, Ethernet, or the optional USB com port, either locally or ​by remote connection.

The Model T753U comes with NumaView™ Software. NumaView™ Remote PC software allows for a remote connection with virtual interface and data downloading capability to analyzers operating NumaView™ Software.​
