COMTEC® 6000 DustEx provides permanent and reliable gas analysis in Ex zones 21/22 with high dust loads. The DustEx probe is robust and designed to withstand the abrasive forces of high dust atmospheres.

The COMTEC® 6000 DustEx is the standard InSitu analyzer system for use in dust explosion zones 21/22

In accordance to the tough demands placed on measuring systems in high dust processes, the DustEx is ATEX*certified to II 2D Ex tD A21 IP6X T133°C/T141°C.

Being able to precisely determine the proportion of oxygen and COe in flue gas is the starting point for the safe and optimized operation of incinerators, as oxygen and COe are dependent to one another within a combustion process. Undesirable developments can thus be identified and rectified earlier, before any damage is caused.

The COMTEC® 6000 DustEx is also available for O2 only measurements.

ENSITU 7000 enables fast and continuous measurement and is capable of withstanding flue gas temperatures up to 600°C and high dust loads. CEMTEC® has self-cleaning properties and unparalleled mechanical strength for continuous measurement for pyro process optimization in cement plants.

Information

The CEMTEC® gas sampling probe system was developed for continuous analysis of flue gas in cement plant rotary kiln inlets and other extremely dusty, high temperature processes such as in lime plants with the goal of increasing product quality with reduced fuel usage while simultaneously reducing harmful emissions.

With the increasing usage of alternative fuels in rotary kilns and large combustion chambers, on-site gas analysis has become more important.
In addition, stringent emission targets worldwide are driving the need for quality continuous process measurement and SNCR control for NOx reduction.

Process temperatures up to 1400°C, dust concentrations of up to 2000 g/, high mechanical stress and ambient temperatures up to 50°C make extreme demands on any equipment. CEMTEC® unique features provide an optimal solution for uninterrupted measurement under challenging conditions as found in kiln inlet chambers.

The CEMTEC® is self-cleaning which enables 95% availability of measurement during operation. In addition to the InSitu sensors for oxygen and COeanalysis, extractive analyzers are supplied with dust free flue gas for measurement of e.g. SO2, NOx or CO2.

Due to its mechanical cleaning, continuous extraction and analysis of process gas is possible over a long period of time: The plunger at the gas inlet removes any deposits or blockages, keeping the gas inlet free. The patented swivel drive continuously rotates the probe in programmable intervals and prevents deformation of the probe tube and enables probe retraction at any time.

COMTEC® 6000 is the world’s first InSitu analyzer for measurement of oxygen and combustibles in flue and process gases for optimal combustion control.

Information

The COMTEC® 6000 is an InSitu analyzer for measurement of O2 and COe (sum of unburned molecules – CO, H2, CxHy) in flue and process gases. The correlation of the O2 and COe measurements enables combustion fine tuning in real time.

Both sensors are located within the process at the tip of the probe installed directly in the flue gas duct. This allows for fast and continuous flue gas data measurement, enabling fast response rates to changes in the flue gas composition.

Reliable extractive wet or dry O2 analyzer for 19″ rack installations.

Information

The OXITEC® 500E extractive analyzer contains the same sensor technology used in the proven OXITEC® 5000 InSitu oxygen analyzer.

In combination with an ENOTEC gas sampling and conditioning system, the OXITEC® 500E measures oxygen content wet or dry flue gas with a detection limit of 1 ppm.

Components which come into contact with the process gas are made from very high quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The modern electronic unit offers straightforward operation. To ensure highest reliability, the electronics have self-monitoring functions which ensures that there is very little maintenance.

The OXITEC® 500E is also ideally suited for the monitoring of oxygen limits, as is often required in the food industry.

OXITEC® 5000 has proven itself as the reference InSitu O2 analyzer and provides reliable process measurements, typically for many years.

Information

ENOTEC produces oxygen analyzers for fast and precise combustion control. The OXITEC® analyzers are developed and manufactured in-house in Germany according to ISO 9001.

Under the name OXITEC 5000+, this proven O2 analyzer is certified for QAL1 and MCERTS applications.

Enotec’s superior sensors excel in harsh process conditions, also with aggressive or corrosive flue gas compositions. An additional strength of ENOTEC’s O2 sensor is its resilience against process-induced vibrations, making it highly durable and giving it an average life span of 7 to 8 years, depending on the application.

OXITEC® analyzers are highly versatile and can be configured exactly to the process; probe length, filter type, interface and even probe material can be individually configured.

Also available as a 19″ rack analyzer (4 HE) is the SME-54 electronic unit, for use in cabinets, in conjunction with an ENOTEC InSitu probe.
