With its electronic flow rate controller, the Skypost PM FX allows continuous, unattended operations as well as easy replacement of the exposed filters without interrupting the sampling.<\/p>\n<p>Skypost PM FX has up to 50 l\/min flow rate capacity and is suitable for dust sampling with LVS PM10 2.3 m3\/h sampling head and LVS PM2.5 2.3 m3\/h sampling head, according to EN12341:2014 norm.<\/p>\n<p>The modularity of the sampling head allows use of the US EPA 40, CFR Part 50 sampling head as well.<\/p>\n<p>The completely straight suction tube with its round shape and the separation of the storage filter zone from internal and radiant sources of heat, allows collection of and preserves the integrity of the pollutants.<\/p>\n<p>A ventilation and differential thermo-regulated heating system allows the instrument to operate even in extreme ambient conditions.<\/p>\n<h3>Construction<\/h3>\n<p>Skypost PM FX is a standalone sampler built into a weatherproof cabinet for the most extreme outdoor conditions.<\/p>\n<p>A test made by an ISO 17025 certified lab showed its ability to work with external temperature form -20\u00b0C to 50\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h3>Data management<\/h3>\n<p>Skypost PM FX has a new data management system with following features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuous sampling data storage<\/li>\n<li>Min., max and average values of all the measured data<\/li>\n<li>Alarm management<\/li>\n<li>Data download via USB and Ethernet cable<\/li>\n<li>Data export into Excel files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Filter X Technology<\/h3>\n<p>The Filter X cooling system for sampled filters reservoir of Skypost is designed according to EN12341:2014 requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Filter X technology has smart temperature control that gives optimal protection of sampled filters &#8211; avoiding exposure to heat and condensates.<\/p>\n<p>Its ability to maintain filters below 23\u00b0C with external temperature up to 50\u00b0C has been tested by an independent ISO17025 certified lab<\/p>\n<h3>Measuring sensors for:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Atmospheric pressure<\/li>\n<li>Pressure drop on filter<\/li>\n<li>Ambient temperature<\/li>\n<li>Dry gas meter temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Features<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>16 filter capacity<\/li>\n<li>Weather proof, operative temperature from -20\u00b0C up to 50\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Maintains sampled filters temperature bellow 23\u00b0C with external temperature up to 50\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Electronic flow rate control<\/li>\n<li>Built-in printer<\/li>\n<li>Volumetric measurement with dry gas meter within \u00b12% precision<\/li>\n<li>Sampling probe ventilation system, to guarantee a differential temperature between the filter and the sample inlet of max. 5\u00b0C, in accordance with EN 12341:2014<\/li>\n<li>Data download via Ethernet and USB ports<\/li>\n<li>Sample conditioning signal for:\n<ul>\n<li>Wind Direction<\/li>\n<li>External sign (i.e: rain).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"fasc-button fasc-size-xlarge fasc-type-glossy fasc-rounded-medium\" style=\"background-color: #1a4f7b; color: #ffffff;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/thomsongroup.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/II.008.02.21.EN_SKYPOSTPMFX.pdf\">Download Brochure<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Outdoor Station for Continuous Particulate Monitoring Skypost PM FX has a sequential substitution system of the filtering membrane with 16 membranes capacity.
