{"id":16652,"date":"2018-09-26T06:10:59","date_gmt":"2018-09-26T06:10:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thomsongroup.com.au\/?post_type=product&#038;p=16652"},"modified":"2025-06-12T12:36:24","modified_gmt":"2025-06-12T02:36:24","slug":"skypost-x","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/thomsongroup.com.au\/product\/skypost-x\/","title":{"rendered":"TECORA Skypost X"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Skypost X Sequential Sampler for Atmospheric Particulate Matter<\/h3>\n<p>SKYPOST X is the evolution of the established and long manufactured&nbsp;SKYPOST PM FX.<\/p>\n<p>SKYPOST Xis an automatic outdoor Sampler for particulate monitoring&nbsp;using 47mm diameter&nbsp;filter membrane.<\/p>\n<p>The sequential filter exchange system of the filter membranes with up to 32 filter holders&nbsp;storage capacity, and the electronic flow rate controller, allow continuous, unattended&nbsp;operations up one month, as well as an easy replacement of the exposed filters without&nbsp;sampling stand-by.<\/p>\n<p>SKYPOST X flow range is 5 to 60 L\/min and is suitable for dust sampling with LVS PM10 2.3&nbsp;m3\/h sampling head and LVS PM2.5 2.3 m3\/h sampling head, according to&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.en-standard.eu\/bs-en-12341-2023-ambient-air-standard-gravimetric-measurement-method-for-the-determination-of-the-pm10-or-pm2-5-mass-concentration-of-suspended-particulate-matter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EN12341:2023<\/a><\/strong>. LVS&nbsp;PM1 2.3 m3\/h sampling head is also possible.<\/p>\n<p>The new flow control system is composed by a venturi flow sensor as measure device (accuracy&nbsp;better than 2%) and a pump speed control system to regulate the sampling flow. Adopting this&nbsp;new concept the MTBF has been strongly improved. This means very low maintenance especially&nbsp;with 24\/7 running time!<\/p>\n<p>The modularity of the sampling head positioning allows to use the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecfr.gov\/current\/title-40\/chapter-I\/subchapter-C\/part-50?toc=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">USEPA 40, CFR Part 50<\/a>&nbsp;sampling head as well.<\/p>\n<p>The completely straight suction tube with its round shape and the separation of the&nbsp;storage filter zone from internal and radiant source of heat, allow to collect and&nbsp;keep the integrity of the pollutants accumulated.<\/p>\n<h3>Data Management System<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><strong>Skypost X<\/strong> has a new data management system with&nbsp;the following features:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Continuous sampling data storage of all parameters in the internal memory<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Min., max and average values of all the measured data<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Alarm management<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Data download via USB, wifi app, bluetooth<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Data export into TXT format file (imported from excel and other spreadsheet program)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">MODEM for data download and sampler control.
