{"id":16655,"date":"2018-09-26T06:14:03","date_gmt":"2018-09-25T20:14:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thomsongroup.com.au\/?post_type=product&#038;p=16655"},"modified":"2024-10-31T13:31:57","modified_gmt":"2024-10-31T02:31:57","slug":"chromatotec-chromathc","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/thomsongroup.com.au\/product\/chromatotec-chromathc\/","title":{"rendered":"Chromatotec ChromaTHC"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Total HydroCarbons analysis<\/h4>\n<p>The chromaTHC is an automated isothermal industrial gas chromatograph dedicated to the analysis of volatile organic compounds in air (indoor, outdoor, combustion), industrial hygiene, pure gas like N<sub>2<\/sub>\/CO<sub>2<\/sub>\/O<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>The chromaTHC delivers CH4 and Non-Methane Total Hydro Carbon (NMTHC) monitoring and analysis of Methane and Non-Methane Hydrocarbons by flame ionization detection (ppm level analysis)<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As a fully automatic instrument, the CHROMATHC allows un-attended operation after commissioning 24\/24.<\/li>\n<li>The injection is made in an isothermal oven at a standard temperature 80\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>The separation between CH<sub>4<\/sub>&nbsp;and (C<sub>2<\/sub>H<sub>6<\/sub>&nbsp;for UHC) and NMTHC is achieved using a column with back flush.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unlike other similar analyzers, there is no interference with oxygen.<\/p>\n<p>To eliminate issues with flame fluctuation, a valve regulates carrier gas (hydrogen or Nitrogen or air).<br \/>\nThe retention time drift is less than 0.3 %.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The instrument has a flame ionization detector (FID) heated at 150\u00b0C with auto ignition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>VISTACHROM \u00ae software&nbsp;:<br \/>\n&nbsp;Chromatotec developed software system allows&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remote monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Full traceability through archiving of results and QC<\/li>\n<li>Set up and control of threshold alarms<\/li>\n<li>Export of data MODBUS \/ MGS1 \/ 4-20mA \/0-10V<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a class=\"fasc-button fasc-size-xlarge fasc-type-glossy fasc-rounded-medium\" style=\"background-color: #1a4f7b; color: #ffffff;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/thomsongroup.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/tsp_c91_chromaTHC.pdf\">Download Specifications<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Total HydroCarbons analysis The chromaTHC is an automated isothermal industrial gas chromatograph dedicated to the analysis of volatile organic compounds in air (indoor, outdoor, combustion), industrial hygiene, pure gas like N2\/CO2\/O2.
