{"id":17071,"date":"2018-10-30T20:30:26","date_gmt":"2018-10-30T09:30:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thomsongroup.com.au\/?post_type=product&#038;p=17071"},"modified":"2025-06-03T12:33:11","modified_gmt":"2025-06-03T02:33:11","slug":"lufft-vs20k-visibility-sensor","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/thomsongroup.com.au\/product\/lufft-vs20k-visibility-sensor\/","title":{"rendered":"Lufft VS20k Visibility Sensor"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Visibility Sensor VS20k-UMB<\/h1>\n<h2>New version of the known Lufft VS20 visibility sensor with a measurement range of 10-20,000m, easy calibration functionality, sea waterproof housing and (active) spider defence.<\/h2>\n<p>The VS20k visibility sensor measures visibility up to 20,000 m, ideal for road traffic applications on motorways, highways or bridges.<\/p>\n<p>A calibration device is available (optional).<\/p>\n<p>The VS20k-UMB is configured via the software UMB Config Tool:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reading \/ Changing of the current configuration<\/li>\n<li>Calibration<\/li>\n<li>Polling of the current measurement values,<\/li>\n<li>The software allows configurations to be loaded and stored.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Measurement data is available for further processing in the form of the standard protocol Lufft UMB. <strong>ASD = Active Spider Defense: <\/strong>The built-in vibrating motor ensures at irregular intervals that the VS2k visibility sensor is not so prone to spiders.
