Spark CO2

Accurate, Consistent & Drift-Free CO2 Measurements

TIGER OPTICS™ Spark™ CO2 analyzer is ideal for trace monitoring of critical impurities in nitrogen and other pressurized gases. Based on powerful Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS), with a proprietary laser-locked cell, the Spark is free of drift, guaranteeing consistent and reliable trace CO2 detection in nitrogen and other inert gases. Highly specific to the target molecule, CRDS also prevents cross-interferences from distorting your measurement.  Plus, there is no need to perform costly and time-consuming zero and span calibrations, saving both time and money with continuous, on-line service.

Compact, affordable and powerful, the new Spark CH2 brings you:

  • Trace CO2 detection limit down to 250 ppb
  • Wide dynamic measurement range
  • Drift-free performance
  • Immunity to vibration
  • No spectral interferences
  • Compact standalone footprint or rack-mountable
  • Low Cost of Ownership
  • Simple operation
  • Serani™ interface software for remote analyzer control & data analysis.

Applications

  • Air Separation Units & Nitrogen Plants
  • Gaseous CRMs & Calibration Gas Mixtures
  • High-Purity Gases & Systems
  • Hydrogen Fuel Cells
  • Research & Development.

Process Insights also offers a new CRDS analyzer performance upgrade. Implementing dynamic data processing, the Speed+™ Analyzer Performance Upgrade Software adjusts your analyzer’s response automatically and in real-time to deliver the best performance.  Benefits of Speed+ for your operations include real-time process control to ensure quality, as well as faster throughput and increased capacity to improve efficiency and profitability.

Serani™ Max Analyzer Interface Software allows you to have remote access from your computer or laptop for our latest CRDS generation analyzers, such as the Halo KA Max and T-I Max. The Windows-based software package communicates with the analyzer through Ethernet and allows full control of the system conveniently from your desk.
